For art lovers, the Louvre Museum is a must-visit. Home to the famous Mona Lisa and countless other masterpieces, the Louvre is one of the world's largest and most impressive art museums. When I visited the Louvre I got told off for using a selfie stick in front of the Mona Lisa - they’re not allowed! There are signs up everywhere but for some reason I missed them - oops.

Oh I love the French Riviera. My son and I are big Formula One fans and we were visiting Monaco. Whilst we were there we decided to explore the rest of the French Riviera and I’m so glad we did.

The French Riviera, which is also known as the Côte d'Azur, is a glamorous and luxurious beach destination that really should be on everyone's bucket list when visiting France.

It has crystal clear turquoise waters, beautiful beaches and a vibrant nightlife. The French Riviera offers a perfect blend of relaxation and excitement.

One of the best places to visit in the French Riviera is Nice. It’s kind of the hub of the French Rivera as you will more than likely fly into Nice airport if you are visiting the French Riviera.

Nice is famous for its stunning Promenade des Anglais, where you can take a leisurely stroll while enjoying the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Nice is also known for its vibrant markets, where you can indulge in fresh produce, local delicacies, and unique souvenirs. We bought some dried mago from the market in the Old Town and wow, it was delicious!

Another must-visit destination on the French Riviera is Cannes. Famous for its prestigious film festival, Cannes is a playground for the rich and famous. Explore the glamorous Croisette Boulevard, lined with luxurious hotels, high-end boutiques, and trendy cafes. Don't forget to visit the Palais des Festivals, where the famous red carpet is rolled out each year for the film festival. We were there in May just before the film festival and we saw some of the preparation work that goes in to making the festival happen.

For a taste of luxury, head to Monaco, the playground of the rich and famous. Visit the iconic Monte Carlo Casino, try your luck at the roulette table, or simply enjoy a leisurely walk through the opulent streets of this tiny principality.
